Lab analysts

We develop and prodsubmenu-credibility-2uce companion animal diagnostic products and provide a laboratory testing service for vets and have a lab in which we do this.
These roles are predominantly lab based and are a vital component of the above services. They require an eye for detail, the use of laboratory equipment and dexterity in handling and using components. Care and attention to quality and good teamwork are most important. We have career progression options, both in and outside of the lab.

Customer services advisors

dog-using-laptop-computerWe sell diagnostic services and supporting products to vets and have a customer service unit supporting this activity.
These roles are office based and provide support for our customers. This support ranges from account queries to logistics as well as a certain level of technical support. The latter is backed up by our in-house veterinary advice and our external consultancy support. Great communication skills and an aptitude for problem-solving are important and career progression options are available.
